Former Laker Tyson Bruce got Canton back within two when he finished glove side on the power play. Tyler Bullard and Deveny earned assists on Bruce's first score as a Roo.

Travis Broughman sealed the win with 3:06 remaining for the Lakers as he skated in on a delayed penalty deking Michael Cerasuolo and finishing near post. Josh Nenadal added an empty-netter with 14 seconds remaining for the 6-2 final.
