Rutland, VT – Hannah Brady scored a pair of goals including the game-winner 3 minutes, 20 seconds into overtime to lift the SUNY Canton women's hockey team to a 4-3 win at Castleton on Saturday in the first semifinal of the WSYB/Catamount Radio Invitational.
The Roos will face Endicott College in the championship game on Sunday at 4 p.m. after they tied Manhattanville College 1-1 in overtime but won the shootout 1-0 to advance.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Brady got the scoring started on her third goal of the season at 2:45 of the opening period off passes from Breanna Bedborough and Grace Page.
Courtney Gauthier lit the lamp for the fourth time at 13:50 on the power play to knot the game at one.
Bedborough slotted her fourth goal of the year just over a minute later, this one coming shorthanded to give the visitors a 2-1 lead after one.
Castleton's Jade Remillard and the Roos Noelle Niemiec exchanged goals with the skater advantage roughly four minutes apart in the second period. Jessica Pele and Sarah Kosnaskie earned helpers on Niemiec's third tally of the season.
Remillard cashed in on her second goal of the game with 5:18 remaining in regulation to force overtime.
The Roos had the better of the play in the extra session outshooting the Spartans, 3-1, culminating in Brady's unassisted game-winner.
Brooke Susac turned aside 31 shots for the Roos, while Alexis Kalm made 30 stops for Castleton.

The Roos are back in action on Sunday at 4 p.m. when they take on fellow Colonial Hockey Conference foe Endicott College in the championship game of the WSYB/Catamount Radio Invitational.
