After leading the Saints with a .404 season batting average and being named First Team All-League, Rebecca Allen has been selected as Third Team All-Region by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association.
The Victor, N.Y. native finished out her St. Lawrence career with a .624 slugging percentage and 26 runs batted in and her 14 doubles on the season stand as a new program record. Nine of her 18 total extra-base hits came against conference opponents and she racked up a .441 batting average in league contests.
Allen was a mainstay in centerfield this season, finishing with 55 putouts and a .948 fielding percentage.
