ROSSIE -- State police say an Antwerp woman was held after being charged with a felony count of assault and resisting arrest on Friday.
Marilyn J. Durham, 40, was charged with second-degree assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct: obscene language/gestures at 9:45 p.m.
Police said the charge stemmed from a domestic violence report they received at 8:55 p.m. the same night.
She was being held pending court action, troopers said.
Troopers say their investigation is still pending.
