Two Norfolk residents charged with conspiracy, criminal trespassing in Stockholm

STOCKHOLM — Two Norfolk residents were charged Sunday evening following a trespass complaint, according to state police.

Eugene H. Chapman, 54 and Anne M. Randall, 51 were charged with sixth-degree conspiracy and second-degree criminal trespassing, police said.

Randall was also cited for second-degree harassment, officers said.

Randall and Chapman trespassed inside the residence in order to remove property belonging to another subject who previously resided there.

Randall and Chapman were arraigned in the Town of Parishville Court and released on their own recognizance to appear in the Town of Stockholm Court.
