St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police blotter, Dec. 5 to 14

On Dec. 5, Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police picked up Laikyn R. Deshane, 28, of Hogansburg on a warrant. Deshane was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released on a conditional discharge.

Dec. 6, police ticketed Brenda Cook, 46, of Hogansburg for inadequate brake light. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Dec. 18.

On Dec. 6, police ticketed Brian A. McNeil, 25, of Under Hill, Vt. for speeding. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Dec. 18.

On Dec. 7, police picked up Wade T. Mitchell, 41, of Hogansburg on a warrant. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and ordered to return Jan. 23.

On Dc. 7, police picked up Tyler A. Valdez, 20, of Norfolk on a warrant. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released.

On Dec. 8, police ticketed Robert W. Green, 24, of Cornwall, Ontario for speeding and passing in a no pass zone. Tickets are returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 15.

On Dec. 9, police ticketed Starlyn N. Mitchell, 24, of Akwesasne, N.Y. for speeding. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 8.

On Dec. 9, police ticketed Truman R. Square, 19, of Akwesasne, N.Y. for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 8.

On Dec. 11, police ticketed Cheryl Diabo, 37, of Kahnawake, Quebec for speeding. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 8.

On Dec. 11, police ticketed Jay R. Tremblay, 51, of Fort Covington for speeding. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 8.

On Dec. 11, police ticketed Leonard M. Lazore, 41, of Akwesasne, Ontario for speeding. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 8.

On Dec. 11, police ticketed Jeremy R. Francis, 30, of Rooseveltown for speeding and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Jan. 9.

On Dec. 13, police ticketed Tracey L. Burke, 54, of Winthro for failure to stop at stop sign. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Jan. 8.

On Dec. 14, police ticketed Dustin A. Miller, 35, of Ogdensburg for cell phone use while driving. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Dec. 22.
