MADRID -- St. Lawrence County sheriff deputies say they charged Casey Morrill, 21, of Lagrasse Street, Waddington with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unsafe passing on Wednesday.

Police said they charged Morrill after investigating a traffic complaint on state Route 345. They say he was driving in an unsafe manner, "causing oncoming traffic to veer onto the shoulder of the road."

His license was found to be suspended, police said.

Morrill was cited and released with appearance tickets for Madrid Town Court, deputies said.
