POTSDAM -- A Potsdam man was charged with pot possession after allegedly smoking marijuana in the Roxy Theater.
Fabian M. Adams, 18, of Potsdam, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 11 p.m. Monday on Main Street.
Police said the arrest followed a report that someone had been smoking pot in the movie theater. After speaking with individual officers said they found a small of amount of marijuana on him.
Adams was released on an appearance ticket.
