STOCKHOLM — A Winthrop man was charged with several counts of rape Friday afternoon stemming from a Sept. 26 complaint first reported to state police.
Nathan B. Arquiett, 21, was charged with five counts of third-degree rape, felonies; five counts of third-degree criminal sex act with a victim less than 17 years old, felonies; and acting in a manner injurious to a child, police said.
His arrest status was listed as held.
