Ogdensburg police blotter, Dec. 5

• Owner of SR Med Cab reported at 9:54 p.m. that a subject took off without paying on Morris Street. Suspected mother came to pay the bill.

• Katherine Rogers was cited for passing a red light on State Street at 8:25 p.m. following a property-damage accident. No injuries were reported.

• Report at 6:55 p.m. of subjects yelling and screaming on Ford Avenue and male is smashing things in backyard. Female was reportedly having a seizure. Rescue personnel dispatched. Yelling and screaming was just an argument. No arrests made.

• Taylor Amo was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court at 4:27 p.m. at the police station. Amo was arraigned by Judge Alford and ordered held on $250 bail, which was posted.

• Report at 4:25 p.m. of a subject who rides his lawnmower every night down to Stewart’s on Ford Street. Subject will drive it home and he was advised not to be on city streets with it again.

• Report at 11:38 a.m. of a needle being found on Ford Street. Police secured the same.

• Request for a welfare check at 11:12 a.m. on Ford Avenue. Male stated he was fine and only screaming because he was cold and couldn’t fine any clothes. He was advised to keep the noise down.

• Report at 9:16 a.m. on Morris Street from a woman who stated her vehicle was broken into and her purse was stolen. Incident report filed.

• Report from subject on Morris Street at 8:53 p.m. that someone had gone through his vehicle. Incident report filed.

• Report at 8:50 a.m. that an unknown subject has gone through his vehicle on Elizabeth Street.

• Report of male subject wearing red hat, dark pants, Carhart jacket was going through her vehicle on Lafayette Street at 7:22 a.m.

• Tylor J. Stevenson was cited for speed in zone on New York Avenue at 5:53 a.m.
