OSWEGATCHIE -- Troopers say an early Saturday morning traffic stop resulted in drug, weapons, drunk driving and traffic charges against an Ogdensburg man.
Drew F. Bertrand, 21, is charged with driving while intoxicated, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana (more than 2 oz.), fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and driving with blood alcohol level above .08 percent, all misdemeanors.
He was also cited with unsafe tires, failure to keep right and speeding, all traffic infractions, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, troopers said.
He was charged at 3:10 a.m. on state Route 812, troopers said.
