Norwood man faces drug and unlicensed operator charges in Ogdensburg

OGDENSBURG — A Norwood man was charged with drug possession following a traffic stop on Lafayette Street on Sunday night, according to state police.

Dustin M. Dean, 31, was charged with second-degree use of drug paraphernalia, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, police said.

He was also cited for controlled substance in non-original container, unsafe tires and inadequate plate lamps, police said.

He was issued tickets and released.
