CANTON -- A Massena man was arrested Tuesday for possession of suboxone while an inmate at the St. Lawrence County Correctional Faclity, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Curtis P. Debien, 21, was charged with first-degree promoting prison contraband and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
He was arraigned in Canton court and remanded back to jail on $2,500 bail or $5,000 bond.
