HOPKINTON -- A Hopkinton man who is a registered sex offender was jailed for failure to register an address change, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Earl K. Martin, 65, was charged after an investigation revealed that Martin never lived at an address he had listed.
He was arraigned in Hopkinton court and held without bail, deputies said.
