Amy A. Pilon, 53, Livingston, TX

Charged @ 12:16 PM with operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile phone on E. Main St. Subject issued a traffic summons returnable to the Gouverneur Town Court.

Juvenile, female, 14, Gouverneur, NY

Charged @ 7:56 PM with two counts attempted assault third following investigation of a December 6th, 2017 incident at the Gouverneur High School. Case forwarded for SLC Family Court action.

Edward R.P. Baker III, 34, Gouverneur, NY

Arrested at 12:55 PM @ 68 Austin St. and charged with grand larceny 4th and petit larceny following investigation of a December 1st, 2017 incident at Stewarts Shoppe, E. Main St. Defendant is alleged to have stolen another’s jacket that contained $80 and a cellular telephone. He was arraigned before Justice Travis Dann and released upon posting $250 bail.

Michael J. Duff, 24, Port Orange FL

Arrested @ 2:20 PM. Defendant was wanted by the Gouverneur PD as he was the subject of a Gouverneur Town Court issued bench warrant alleging he failed to appear on a 6/21/17 on previous charges. He was arraigned at the Gouverneur Town Court before Justice Travis Dann. He was ordered held at the SLCCF following arraignment of other charges by the NYSP.
