A Waddington man whom state police say drove into a ditch was charged with driving while intoxicated Monday night.
Ricky A. Middlemiss, Jr., 31, drove his vehicle off of the eastern side St. Hwy. 68 and into a ditch at about 10:30 p.m., troopers say. They administered a roadside sobriety test and processed the driver at SP Ogdensburg, where he was allegedly found to have a BAC of 0.15 percent.
Middlemiss was issued a ticket for first-offense DWI.
Also along Rt. 68 Monday, an Ogdensburg man was charged with driving while impaired by drugs in the town of Lisbon Monday morning.
Esbon R. Worden, 54, was issued an appearance ticket by state police.
