DEPEYSTER -- St. Lawrence County Sheriff's deputies and state Department of Environmental Conservation officers charged two men, both convicted felons, with weapon possession on Wednesday.
Ricky T. Mason Jr., 30, of 280 East Rd., Depeysterwas charged with four counts of fourth-degree criminal possesion of a weapon, misdemeanor.
Matthew R. Fry, 30, of 7 McBath Rd., Ogdensburg was charged with one count of the offense.
Sheriff's deputies said they allegedly possessed firearms but are not allowed to do so because they are each convicted felons.
They were released with appeareance tickets for Depeyster Town Court, deputies said.
