BRASHER — A Brasher Falls man was charged with a felony Monday afternoon following a burglary complaint on July 26, according to state police.
Adam B. Aubrey, 25, was charged with third-degree burglary to an O'Neill Road address.
Police said Aubrey was observed on video surveillance entering the residence, and then attempting to steal a chainsaw from a storage container on the property.
He was arraigned in the Town of Potsdam Court and remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility without bail.
