PARISHVILLE -- St. Lawrence County Sheriff deputies say they charged a Parishville man with two counts of second-degree menacing after making threats during an argument.
Richard A. Sequin Sr. 43, of White Hill Road was charged at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, deputies said.
He allegedly got into an argument with another hunter over hunting and trapping rights on a parcel of land. Sequin displayed during the argument what appeared to be a firearm but was actually a pellet rifle, deputies said.
He was arraigned in Parishville Town Court and released under probationary supervision, police said.
