CANTON – Alan Laughman, Canton, has been recognized by United American Insurance Company and First United American Life Insurance Company as their top producer in 2009.

Recently honored at their national convention held in Miami Beach, Laughman was also credited with having the highest company wide retention rate with over 99 percent of his policyholders, located primarily in Lewis, Jefferson, St. Lawrence and Franklin counties, renewing their policies in 2009.

Laughman began his career with UA and First UA in March 1988 working with Sylvan James Associates in Rome, NY and has been one of the leading Agents for the company every year since.
