Two men charged with disorderly conduct in connection with incident in Hermon

HERMON – Two men have been charged with disorderly conduct in connection with an incident in Hermon reported on Aug. 19, according to state police.
Michael S. Young, 17, Richville, was arrested on Oct. 29, and Marvin E. Parmeter, 24, LaFargeville was arrested on Oct. 31, police said.
