Massena motorist arrested for DWI, speeding in Louisville

LOUISVILLE – A Massena motorist was charged with drunk driving and speeding Friday night on NYS Hwy. 37, according to state police.
Police charged Kelly J. Wilson, 29, 189 Center St., Massena, with driving while intoxicated and speeding following a traffic stop at 8:07 p.m. near the intersection with County Route 14.
Police said she was driving 83 miles per hour in a 55 mph zone.
