GOUVERNEUR — Two Utica women were jailed Saturday afternoon for introducing dangerous prison contraband at the Gouverneur Correctional Facility, according to state police.
Quantasia L. Hendricks, 25 and Sharonica E. Barber, 28, were charged with first-degree introducing dangerous prison contraband and violating state sanitary code at 2:33 p.m., officers said.
They were both held on cash bail.
No further details were provided.
