Excuse me, but 18 Elm is a public site and the banner was tastefully done in protest of the strong-arm deceitful, backroom dealings of the self-righteous, haughty, egotistical and condescending town supervisor and town council members.
The banner is free speech and should have been left alone. It’s stating only the truth, an aspect obviously non-existent with the town council. If the town council can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.
