Apart from whether nor not it should have been built, the new Potsdam Town Hall on Elm Street is a handsome building.
The portico, pillars, cupola roof vents and elegant windows are nice classical touches on a simple, functional building.
It fits well with nearby buildings as the designer no doubt intended. It graces the village and will probably be a pleasant place to work and visit.
