To the Editor:
This is to support the notice in last week’s paper for participation on the Norwood Fourth of July parade.
This is one of the better parades of the summer and it would be too bad for you as participants to be refused for late entry. As June 15 is the deadline for the parade I urge any organization, fire department ladies auxiliary or veterans unit to get your entry in as soon as possible and support the community of Norwood on this patriotic day.
I also hope that you will come and view the parade as a reward to the entrants as well as Mr. Haggett for his work. This is a very important part of his life to organize this event.
