To the Editor:
After reading my recent Letter to the Editor (“Where Would Any Of Us Be Without Mom?,” May 19-25), my daughter wrote this. She wishes for other children like her to also be appreciative. I hope you will post it. -- Peggy Root, Potsdam
We wouldn’t be alive if we didn’t have a mom...and if your mom has boy hair she is still your mom she gave birth to you. If you are adopted still you’re alive and your mom is all you need so be glad you have parents to live with. Do you live alone and you’re an adult?
You still have parents they may not live with you but you still have them and they love you. If they are passed away they are still alive in your heart. Your mom gives you food to eat like toast, eggs, cereal, and other stuff. Moms put a roof over your head.
I love my mom and I am proud of her. I want to be just like her when I grow up because she is a good person.
P.S. Dads are good too.
