POTSDAM -- Linda Moerschell, a professor at SUNY Potsdam, will present a paper at the Tobias Leadership Conference in Colorado Springs.
The conference runs from Feb. 28 through March 2 at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort. Moerschell will present “Igniting the Leadership Spark: An Exploration of Decision Making and Punctuated Change,” which she co-wrote with Teresa Lao.
The conference includes scholars and practitioners from all areas of leadership including corporate leadership, not-for-profit leadership, religious leadership, educational leadership, medical leadership and political leadership.
The forum will feature papers and panels from all academic disciplines. The conference aims to promote interdisciplinary collaboration and facilitate the exchange of ideas on the subject of leadership.
The Conference will begin Feb. 28 with a reception hosted by the Center for Creative Leadership.
Multiple sessions will be held Friday and Saturday consisting of speaker presentations, panel discussions, and research presentations on leadership.
