POTSDAM -- Robert T. Rogers, II, M.D. has been inducted as a fellow of the American College of Physicians, the largest medical specialty organization in the United States.
Fellowship in the College is a mark of esteem from colleagues who recognize accomplishments and achievements over and above the practice of medicine. It is reserved for those who have been nominated by their peers for representing the pinnacle of integrity, professionalism, and scholarship in internal medicine.
A native of Canton, Dr. Rogers completed his medical education at McGill University, Montreal, PQ, Canada, and his residency at Albany Medical Center.
Board Certified in Internal Medicine, he has been in private practice in Potsdam and a member of Canton-Potsdam Hospital's medical staff since 1978; he was named the hospital's Medical Director in 1989.
A resident of Potsdam, Dr. Rogers is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys gourmet cooking.
