ROCHESTER -- Thomas Newton of Potsdam, graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in professional photographic illustration advertising photography option from RIT's College of Imaging Arts and Sciences in the spring 2012 quarter.
