POTSDAM – Canton-Potsdam Hospital employees selected Reagan Pecore, LPN, as Employee of the Month for August.
Her co-workers describe her as thorough, accurate, knowledgeable, conscientious, and an 'excellent LPN'.
Since her hire in 2009, Pecore has been instrumental in department successes, including, a most recent accomplishment of 100+ days with no falls.
"Reagan is an asset to our Hospital and a valuable member of our 3rd floor team," said Debra Marques-Seaman, Director of Medical/Surgical Unit 3rd Floor (MSU3). "She shows respect and compassion to her patients and provides them with quality care within her scope of practice. She is truly a model for others to emulate.
Pecore was presented with a floral arrangement, certificates, pin, and designated parking space.
