OGDENSBURG -- State Sen. Patty Ritchie, R-Heuvelton, recently presented City of Ogdensburg Parks and Recreation Director Matthew Curatolo with the New York State Senate Commendation Award for going "above and beyond" in his efforts to ensure the department is providing services for the entire community.
