OGDENSBURG -- The Greater Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce honored ninth grader Ruthanne Middlemiss as Ogdensburg Free Academy's student of the month for February.
"Ruthanne is a bright, sweet young woman who excels academically as well as participates in extracurricular sports and dance. She is polite, helpful and a refreshing
addition to my class," instructor Ann Burns said.
