OGDENSBURG -- The Greater Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce recently named Dia Richards as its BOCES student of the month for October.
Richards is a Madrid-Waddington student studying criminal justice.
“Dia is a hard-working, dedicated student who consistently exceeds course requirements through her academic and applied learning activities – a true pleasure to have in class!” her criminal justice instructor, William Long, said in a prepared statement.
