MASSENA -- Antonio O’Geen, of Massena, Graduated from US Customs and Boarder Protection at the Federal Law Enforcement Academy in Georgia.
He was granted the Outstanding Achievement Award at the conclusion of the ceremony for having the top score in every class.
His father, Tony O’Geen, a retired correction’s officer, got to pin his badge on during the ceremony.
