LATHAM -- Major General Patrick A. Murphy, The Adjutant General for the State of New York, announces the promotion of members of the New York Army National Guard in recognition of their capabilities for additional responsibility and leadership.
Trisha Pinczes from Hermon, serving with the 138th Public Affairs Detachment is promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
Robert Murray from Norfolk, serving with the Company A, 2-108th Infantry is promoted to the rank of Private First Class.
Aaron Curry from Canton, and serving with the Company B, 2-108th Infantry is promoted to the rank of Private.
Forrest Spadaccini from Canton, and serving with the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2-108th Infantry is promoted to the rank of Private First Class.
Nicholas Carrara from Potsdam and serving with the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 27th Brigade Special Troops Battalion is promoted to the rank of Private First Class.
Army National Guard promotions are based on overall performance, attitude, leadership ability, and development potential.
