HERKIMER – Students from Colton and Gouverneur were among those attending Herkimer County Community College who earned academic honors for the spring 2012 semester.
The following local students were named to the Dean's List for earning grade point averages from 3.25 to 3.8:
• Cameron Michael Curcio, of Gouverneur, Liberal Arts & Sciences: Physical Education
• Cole P. Hennessy, of Colton, Liberal Arts & Sciences: Physical Education
• Emily Jean Keddy, of Colton, Teaching Assistant Certificate
• Cassandra L. White, of Gouverneur, Business: Business Administration
Herkimer County Community College is a unit of the State University of New Yorkabout 20 miles east of Utica.
With an enrollment of approximately 3,600 students, Herkimer offers more than 40 associate degree and certificate programs, on-campus housing, an active co-curricular activities schedule and a national championship athletic program.
