Cultivating Healthy Communities announced the winners of a drawing held in connection with the Not in Our Home! pledge recently.
In the Friday, Oct. 26 drawing Raeleen Willard, Hermon, and Amber Sullivan, Lisbon, each won two tickets to the Nov. 2 St. Lawrence University men’s hockey game.
In the Nov. 2 drawing Mike Barrett, Ogdensburg, and Ann Adams, DeKalb Junction, each won tickets for the Nov. 3 St. Lawrence University men’s hockey game.
The Not in Our Home! pledge is an underage drinking prevention pledge to keep the children and teens of the community safe. The purpose of the pledge is to help adults become aware of the issues, think about how to prevent underage access to alcohol, create support for prevention, and to support parents.
St. Lawrence County residents 21 and older can sign up by going to www.seawayvalleypreventioncouncil.net or by calling 713-4861.
All who complete the pledge will be entered to win a pair of SLU or Clarkson home game hockey tickets. The drawings will take place a few days before each home game and be announced on the Cultivating Healthy Communities Facebook page.
