POTSDAM -- Ali Boolani, an assistant professor of physical therapy at Clarkson University, has been named a 2017 NNY Business magazine 20 Under 40 award recipient.
Boolani was one of 20 community leaders selected from more than 75 nominations and reviewed by a committee of local media.
Boolani has begun two community service programs in Potsdam, the PB&J program, which provides lunches for kids during the summer, and Clarkson Feeds, which distributes spare food from the campus to people in need.
Boolani teaches several graduate physiology courses and works with graduate students on a number of research projects.
