BRASHER FALLS -- Jesse Bleuer of Canton was promoted to first-degree black belt in combat Hapkido at Adirondack Martial Arts of Brasher Falls.
Bleuer has been serving in the US Army for the past 6 years and is scheduled to deploy to Kuwait in the near future.
He recently graduated from SUNY Canton with a bachelor’s degree and works as a security officer at Saint Lawrence University.
