Mothers-to-be will learn about their childbirth options in this class, with information about labor and childbirth and what to expect in a hospital or home birth setting, and how to make a birth plan for both partners.
Local experts in prenatal yoga, acupuncture, massage, and Reiki will explain how their services can support women during pregnancy and childbirth.
