"Kids are invited to grab a hammer, find a paintbrush, and put on their creative thinking cap to discover how the ordinary becomes extraordinary with God. Meet people from the Bible who used what they had to produce something amazing with God. The overall theme verse is Psalm 77:14a, 'You are the God who works wonders,'" Betsy Baker wrote in an email announcing the event.
The Workshop of Wonders includes interactive Bible storytelling, crafts, science, recreation, music and snacks.
The event is a joint venture of the First Presbyterian Church and Potsdam United Methodist Church.
