Potsdam IGA Manager Rick Cross, a Johnson & Wales-trained chef and meat cutter, will describe how to stretch food budgets with saavy meat purchasing and preparation.
One tip that will be covered is how to buy a whole chicken, debone it, use the entire bird, and make soup stock with the bones. On June 28, “All About Vegetables” will be presented. Workshop fees are $30.
