Fun with Fermentation

CANTON: Harvest Kitchen at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Learning Farm, 2043 State Highway 68, is hosting Fun with Fermentation: Winter Veggies! with instructor Flip Filippi will be Feb. 20, from 6:30-8:30 p.m.; Potsdam Food Co-op donated produce for this workshop, class size is limited and pre-registration is required, workshop fee is $20; participants will get to sample fermented goods as well as take home some product and recipes; eserve your spot online at http://stlawrence.cce.cornell.edu/ or by contacting Cooperative Extension at 315-379-9192, ext. 229 or harvestkitchen@cornell.edu.

Teddy bear workshop
