Tastes & Talents show
MASSENA: 4th Annual Tastes & Talents of the North Country, noon-8 p.m., St. Lawrence Centre Mall, in the former Bon-Ton store, 6100 St. Lawrence Centre; offers holiday shoppers a venue to purchase unique handcrafted and homemade gifts from vendors from all over New York State and beyond; $5 admission, 12 and under free; www. slcchamber.org; 315-386-4000.
Hockey food drive
CANTON: St. Lawrence University men’s and women’s hockey teams, with the Church and Community Program, hosting annual Holiday Food Drive when the teams face off against Clarkson; women’s team plays at 3 p.m. and the men compete at 7; fans asked to bring non-perishable food staples, like tuna, vegetables, soups, peanut butter and pasta, to either game; 50/50 raffle will be held during the men’s game with proceeds going to the Church and Community Program’s holiday food bank.
Open auditions
