NORFOLK: Annual Norfolk Halloween Festival, from Oct. 25-28 with costume races, trick or treats, carnival games and other Halloween fun; 6 p.m. kick off dinner at Norfolk fire department; naming of the festival king and queen; pre-sale tickets are $8 or $10 at door, on sale at Cafe 56.
