MASSENA -- St. Lawrence County Public Health and its Bridge to Wellness Partners are hosting the next Walk with a Doc event Saturday, Sept. 29 on the John Story Walking Trail starting at Massena High School.
Walk with a Doc is a health program that brings doctors and patients together to walk every last Saturday of the month at 10 a.m.
This month, Dr. Nimesh Desai and Dr. Rohit Barreto, physicians at Massena Memorial Hospital, will be attending the walk along with other St. Lawrence County health care professionals.
The walk is open to the community, free of charge, and registration is not required.
Walkers will enjoy light refreshments and friendly conversation with the health care professionals, who will answer questions during the walk.
