CANTON -- The Society of the United Helpers will hold the second annual Oktoberfest Costumed Prediction Run/Walk, which will feature prizes and goody bags for kids and dogs.
The walk will take place Sunday, Oct. 28, with registration to begin at 9 a.m. at the Remington Community Trail at Partridge Run Golf Course, Sullivan Drive.
Participants are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite costumes and predict their time.
Prizes will be given to the top three males and top three females that are the closest to their predicted time.
Pre-register by Oct. 10 and a long sleeved t-shirt will be guaranteed with your entry fee. Cost is $15 per person. Children 12 and under are free without a t-shirt.
Refreshments will be served and goody bags will be provided for children, as well as biscuits for those who bring dogs.
