POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Food Co-op, 24 Elm St., will host their third Thursday sampling on April 21 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. featuring new products from their freezer section.
On the menu are cheese blintzes and spinach broccoli blintzes, which are blends of all natural ingredients wrapped in a light crepe.
Serve blintzes as a main meal, side dish, appetizer, or snack.
Also being offered are zucchini pancakes, another product with simple ingredients.
These pancakes are a blend of zucchini, onions, and carrots. Both blintzes and savory pancakes are easy to cook.
They are low in saturated fat, cholesterol, sodium, and contain no trans fats or preservatives.
