POTSDAM -- Trillium Wellness Center will host Living from the Center, a New Year’s Day retreat from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Jan. 1 at 42-1/2 Elm St. in the Community Center behind Potsdam Presbyterian Church, across from Snell Hall parking.
The retreat will be facilitated by Jenna Joya Blondel, PhD, and Terry de la Vega, NP, CTN. Participants will be served a simple luncheon of soup, bread, and fruit, then the facilitators will lead centering practices including breathing, walking, coloring or drawing a mandala, and shavasana, a deep yogic relaxation experience.
The fee for the retreat is $25 including the luncheon and all art supplies. Blondel is a Minister of Walking Prayer, Reiki master/teacher, spiritual counselor and mentor.
